We are currently seeking an individual for Sr. Online Marketing Analyst. In this exciting role, you will develop and lead complex, customer-centric online marketing campaigns designed to build relationships with end-consumers, increase use of self-service capabilities for customers, and deliver opportunities for increased product sales. Design and deliver online marketing initiatives that are measureable, effective, and within defined budgets. Manage the enterprise-level online promotional calendar and negotiate with business partners for use of limited online real estate based business value drivers. Develop and encourage a fact-based decision making culture to help support the eBusiness organization in driving and negotiating an enterprise-wide interactive strategy based on quantifiable web metrics. Manage projects with team members comprised of individuals from multiple business and service units, peers on creative and interactive team, as well as external outsourced experts/vendors. Create external messaging consistent with brand guidelines, internal publication standards, compliance/legal requirements and interactive strategies to promote maximum business value. Responsible for tracking & measurement of all online marketing initiatives.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and continuously optimize online marketing strategy and specific online marketing campaigns for enterprise initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, documentation, cross-team and business community understanding and effective ongoing analytics and success measurement.
Leverage existing web assets and content delivery methodologies to conceive, develop and deliver packaged interactive marketing initiatives. Develop and manage conversion measurement methodologies and develop reporting for all online marketing activities.
Lead project teams to deliver effective and measureable components of all online marketing initiatives to ensure maximum maximum business value and ensure alignment and integration with other online marketing activities across the enterprise.
Prepare for, respond to and coordinate project-related compliance/audit activities.
Job Specifications:
1. Education: Four year college degree or the combination of education and/or relevant experience.
2. 6+ years experience in online marketing activities with a marketing organization or interactive or advertisin agency. Two years project management experience preferred.
3. Generate meaningful website dashboards for each major business unit from internal and external data sources, creating actionable trend information and ensuring that eBusiness co-workers and internal constituents have the information necessary to make informed strategic and tactical business, marketing and product decisions. Effectively deliver an optimized interactive experience. Assist all stakeholders in measuring success of all appropriate online assets.
4. Experience integrating traditional and online marketing and advertising programs with measurable results.
5. Experience in search engine optimization, click path analysis, conversion ratio management, A/B testing techiniques.
6. Experience with print and online marketing materials production; Web development concepts and authoring tools.
