  1. Get up 45 minutes earlier;
  2. wake up instantly:
  3. try hot water and a little grated ginger as your first drink of the day;
  4. that’ll kick-start the metabolism;
  5. enliven the senses
  6. and spark the synapses:
  7. so that you are not just not sleeping but actually awake.
  8. Go to bed earlier so that you wake naturally without an alarm.
  9. Blame nothing;
  10. absolutely nothing.
  11. Decide what needs to be done and do it.
  12. Listen to Moussoursky: Pictures at an Exhibition is particularly cool;
  13. listen to Mick Jagger: try his album of solo efforts;
  14. listen to Johnny Cash, again.
  15. Dream until the dreams are no long dreams but reality.
  16. Give what you want massive attention;
  17. stop talking;
  18. stop making tea;
  19. start doing.
  20. Say it. At the meeting. Say it.
  21. Don’t do a job, do a passion.
  22. Don’t build a career, build a movement.
  23. Don’t seek money, seek wealth.
  24. Don’t wait for the culture to change around here;
  25. be the culture change around here.
  26. Learn to breathe:
  27. fully, deeply, steadily;
  28. learn to drop the stress that builds that gives you aches and pains and distracts you from your mission of making the world a better place;
  29. stretch, flex and drink more water.
  30. Don’t ask for permission: kick butt;
  31. stop copying and
  32. start believing in your own work:
  33. yes you do and yes you can.
  34. So what are your challenges?
  35. Write them down:
  36. line by line;
  37. clear and explicit.
  38. What’s bugging you?
  39. Causing you sleepless nights?
  40. And distracting you from your cause:
  41. be it parenting or
  42. running a business or
  43. carving out a passion or
  44. all three?
  45. It isn’t time.
  46. Nor cash.
  47.  It’s A cubed.
  48. That’s A to the power three:
  49. Attention
  50. Really, really focus on what you want.
  51. Make it a central part of every day.
  52. Acceptance
  53. There are some things you can’t change. Let them go.
  54. Attitude:
  55. be resilient.
  56. How can we love a serial killer? ‘Cos Dexter is evolving;
  57. How can we love a brutal torturer? ‘Cos Jack will save LA;
  58. How can we love Bourne’s girlfriend? because she doesn’t winge;
  59. Attention means;
  60. what and
  61. when.
  62. Acceptance means:
  63. let go of the baggage.
  64. Attitude means:
  65. no failure only feedback and
  66. you can do anything but not everything.
  67. If you knew exactly what to do, what would it be?
  68. So: do it!
  69. Who does know what to do?
  70. Ask them.
  71. Why has the universe given you this possibility?
  72. Your very own coaching plan.
  73. It wants you to get better at relationships, maybe.
  74. Or get that book written?
  75. Or get fitter?
  76. Or …
  77. Or …
  78. No other reasons. The universe is perfectly fair.
  79. It hasn’t got that much spare capacity either to keep an eye on you.
  80. But it’s there for you.
  81. So a ripple of space-time quantum dust sent a nudge in your direction;
  82. but did you get the message?
  83. Sure an e-mail would have been easier, but what if it had ended up as spam?
  84. You know?
  85. You know what?
  86. It’s all going to be ok!
  87. Stand up and stretch;
  88. take a look at that hand;
  89. look right thorough it, to atomic level;
  90. that’s the power you have.
  91. The thing is...
  92. The main thing is...
  93. The bizarre thing is...
  94. You don’t have any problems at all.
  95. Now or ever: you have a few gentle corrections to make;
  96. and you always will;
  97. as Life’s a journey.
  98. But you can fix them all;
  99. because you have you.
  100. And
  101. you are unstoppable.
